Which app should I use on my Android device ?
You can use the “Find My Device” app by Google. It’s free, pre-installed on most Android phones, and connects directly to your collar.
If it's not already on your phone, you can download it from the Play Store.
Once set up, you'll be able to locate your pet directly from your phone, just like you would with any smart device.
Make sure :
Bluetooth and Location are enabled
You’re signed in with the same Google account used to link the tracker
Which app should I use on my iPhone ?
You can use the “Find My” app by Apple. it’s already installed on every iPhone and works seamlessly with your tracking collar.
Once paired, your pet’s location will appear directly in the Items tab of the app, just like any other Apple-tracked accessory.
